Delete your PageMate account

Draft. PageMate has no in-app deletion yet, so this page is the way to ask. Google Play also requires a way to delete the account inside the app: add it in the next app update, then add the steps here.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you signed up with (email or Google sign-in), using the button below. We reply to confirm it is your account first, so nobody else can delete it.
What is deleted
Your PageMate account: your email address, sign-in details and the account data stored in Google Firebase. To confirm: anything else saved with the account (settings, document history, Pro status).
What is kept and why
Your documents are stored only on your phone, so deleting the account does not remove PDFs or scans saved on your device. Google Play keeps its own record of any PageMate Pro subscription for billing and refunds. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in Google Play.
How long it takes
Once you confirm, we delete the account within 7 days, and we email you when it is done.

Email us from the address linked to your account (if you sign in with a phone number, include it). We reply to confirm it is your account before deleting anything.
