Data the app collects
- Account: email address and sign-in details (Google, Apple or email and password), through Firebase Authentication.
- Financial records you enter: income, expenses, invoices and their clients and line items, budgets, tax settings and savings goals, stored in Cloud Firestore so they sync across your devices.
- Advertising: the app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects device identifiers (including the advertising ID), approximate location from the IP address, and ad interactions. To confirm: personalised or non-personalised ads, and the consent message shown.
- Purchases: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play; we receive the purchase status, not your payment details.
Why we use it
To run your account, sync your data, provide the app’s tracking and reporting features, keep the service secure, answer support requests, and show ads.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Service providers process it for us: Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, AdMob, Play billing).
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data in the app, or ask us by email as described on our delete-account page. To confirm: how long backups keep deleted data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Google Cloud.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
